00:06 I want to start by telling you the truth about how I got here, because the woman that you're hearing today, she did not start out as a seven figure entrepreneur. Oh no, not even close. I actually started out as a broke coach, the coach who was working harder than anyone I knew, but staring at the same number in her bank account month after month. I was the coach who thought, if I just hustle harder, push more, add in more hours, add one more module to my program, then I'll finally break through. Spoiler alert, it didn't work, and I was doing everything right, at least that's what the industry told me. I was posting every day, saying yes to every client who waved a credit card at me and built these massive, bloated programs with 100 lessons because I thought more equaled better, and still, I was stuck—the same income ceiling over and over.
There was a time where I felt stuck at $25k months, where it felt like no matter what I did, what strategies I implemented, I could not break through that $25k ceiling. And don't get me wrong, if you're listening to this, you might say $25k is not bad, and I agree with you, and I also just knew that I was capable of so much more, that the potential was so much bigger, and it didn't make sense to me. It didn't make sense that no matter how many hours I worked, how many offers I created, or how many launches I did, I always ended up in the same place: exhausted, burnt out, frustrated, and honestly, I was questioning if I was even cut out for this.
And here's the kicker, I was not failing. I was actually selling. I was signing clients. I was making money. But it always felt heavy, and maybe you can relate, because underneath it all, I was carrying the belief that money had to be hard, that success required struggle, and my worth, my business identity was so wrapped up in how much I delivered. My identity was so wrapped up in the milestones that I was hitting or not hitting, and those beliefs, they will keep you trapped, no matter how much you sell. You've had those bigger months, but if you're being honest, you've also had that pit in your stomach wondering if you can keep this up.
My breaking point came when I realized that I wasn't actually building the business that I wanted. I was building a business of proving, proving I could work harder than anyone, proving I could over deliver, proving I could sacrifice myself and still show up smiling, and the more I proved, the more trapped I felt, because proving is not power, it's pressure, and I was drowning in it, and that is when everything shifted. I had to burn down this identity of being the hustler coach, the coach who thought struggle was this like badge of honor, and I had to step into the identity of the conscious leader, the woman who sells because she knows her power, the woman who attracts clients she actually loves serving, the woman who makes money, not through pressure, but through presence.
And that was the shift. And once I embodied it, everything in my business transformed. I went from capped income and constant burnout, constant launch cycles to creating scalable offers that actually felt light. I went from saying yes to anyone with a pulse and a credit card to only working with client selection who inspire me, excite me, expand me, women who I'd want to spend time with in person, clients that are energy giving rather than energy draining. And I went from chasing to being chosen, and that's what this podcast is about.
